Nah still filling in with fems. My plans to upgrade the veg room with a 12/12 box to check cuttings for sex has been uh, delayed. But i think thats the solution for my space. I will lightproof a little clone tent and put cuttings in there from week 3-4 plants.

MiMedgrower is arthritis the illness you're referring to? I had arthritis for 15 years until I had my hips replaced and they (Drs) changed my diagnosis to degenerative bone disease. The entire time I was in pain hobbling around on 2 crutches then into a wheelchair I was told I have arthritis I have to move to keep the joints lubricated and functioning. The more I tried to more it hurt and the meds hydromorphone and fentanayl got stronger and stronger. All walking did was deteriorate my bones and caused excruciating pain rubbing a square bone in a round socket. Exercise you see isn't good for people with degenerative bone disease in their hips and I guess its hard to tell the difference if your not paying attention to the Xrays. Arthritis is just a catchall phrase Drs use for movement pain in us old folks.

I only have a little arthritis in my hips shoulders and neck. My mom suffered bad and has been fuzed and replaced over the years. I think riding bikes and paddling and such has slowed mine down.

I was born 8 weeks premature and had congenital hernias and diverticulae in my colon. As well as bad sinus that has always affected my teeth and bones in there. My colon never worked right. And my sinus never heals all the way from infection.

The arthritis is next or my families heart disease. What can ya do?

I've had what I call 2 legged males disease. I've been injured riding bikes, motorcycles, car accidents hockey, baseball, football, tennis, pool.pingpong, basketball, lacrosse, surfing (well tying to) climbing trees ,climbing mountains, had the crap knocked out of me more than once, snow skiing water skiing , injured at work,at home and a whole shit load more times doing other crazy stuff I've mostly forgotten. I shouldn't be alive with all the stuff I've gone through but at 67 I'm still kicking although not as high as I used to.

I have been alternating heat and cold packs. Seems to help to switch. But mostly ice takes the pain down. Heat does make things stiff as hell.

Ok. I have been doing more like 20 min ice. 20 min rest. 20 min heat.

I have actually been on my feet or with 1 crutch a lot tonight. And i didnt take any flexoral or norco. Which i admit i needed these last weeks. Messes with my stomach and colon bad though.

Dude be careful with Flexeril, read the warnings they're real. I'm still having ongoing issues almost two decades later because of admittedly massive overuse of it after a major traffic accident. It caused tremors so severe it was initially diagnosed as Parkinson's disease. They finally stopped about six months after I stopped taking that poison but once in a blue moon they still come back

Edit to add I took massive amounts over several years before I developed the tremors, it wasn't casual or even as-directed use, cuz I was still trying to work, but yeah I did develop major side effects from it

Its not getting refilled. Or the hydrocodone. I hate these pills. I needed them for the shoulder injury. It was bad. And this nerve pain i never felt like this too was too much.

I still havent taken any since late last night during the snowstorm.

I put an edit in because I was taking lots and lots of these, filling scripts for many hundreds at a time and I didn't want to scare you from using them as directed, it's probably fine? but at the same time it was 100% responsible for the tremors

Ps. Little early for snow storms ain't it? WTH?

When you experience severe pain like that it's easy to understand how people become addicted to opiates. Sadly it's one of the few things that can actually numb severe debilitating pain. Been there a couple times with my back.

The meds help with the spasms and resulting muscle pain and tension but dont seem to do anything for nerve pain.

Which unfortunately for me is exactly what my oldest friend in jersey told me and my good ol Mom who said blatently when she heard i have the same back issue as her and my brother. “Those meds will do nothing for your nerve pain”. I was really hurting bad when she said that. Lol.

Have they tried to offer you fentanyl patches? You want to talk loopy, I was drifting in and out of consciousness, then waking and tossing whatever I had in my hand when I nodded out. lost a couple of mouse and smashed a remote against the wall more than once. Then I'd take hydromorphone for what they termed breakthrough pain relief about 30mil each time 4-5 times a day. I was so wired up I couldn't think straight.

I asked doc about getting hooked on the shit he said not to worry we'll deal with that after your surgery. I weened myself off in a month after my second hip was replaced. I was astonished at his not to worry crap with all the addiction problems with that shit. I hated the crap, there was no euphoria it was just mind numbing, easier to kick if you hate the crap I guess.

No the 2 doctors i have seen dont want to hook me on that shit. I think we have new regulations here against these meds.

And i stopped 3 months early taking the oxy when they reconstructed my shoulder.

Yea, opiates and all that other poison is the reason my wife and I live out in the sticks. 12 years of her listened to the doctor's and being very dependent on them she was going to OD at some point. So we packed our stuff up and moved to the family cottage on lake Michigan. I fed her so much RSO and got her seeing a holistic doctor. It took allot of hard love for about a year and a half and allot of watching the waves, but we got through it. I hate doctor's and our medical system.

The health companies out here in west michigan are some of the most mismanaged and incompetent hospitals and staff I have seen anywhere.

I am terrified to be sick out here. Go Spectrum Health.
