I have read many books about growing cannabis and still have so many questions.

Transplanting...

I have my plants in 2" net pots in a veg unit and Don't know how to move them to a flowering unit... I'm pretty sure that I put to much thought into it but please help!!!

After Germinating seeds and putting them into Rapid Rooters should I put them straight into the 2" net pots or break open and remove plant and then put into the hydroton in the pots. I have already transplanted these and kept them in the RR's but don't feel that is correct because they barely fit n didn't allow hardly any room for hydroton
