I had to look in an old photo album to find some flounder.. I used to catch those little suckers by the dozens in the Puget sound caught some pretty respectable halibut back in the day 2but unfortunately I lost almost all of my best pictures when a pipe burst in a basement where I was staying and flooded many years agoView attachment 992486View attachment 992487
Where I live now is just the bass northern walleye and muskie fishery... God I miss salmon fishing.. and one drop we have a ocean run trout in the u.s. called a steelhead... If you like trout fishingthey're a must catch they have the vision of a bird and very intelligent fun to catch can get over 20 lb my personal best is 22 and they like to jump and spin and twist in the air a real challenge to catch.... Australia is definitely on my bucket list

We never took pics of fish catches we didn’t own a camera and my dad always made good use of the fish caucus in trenches in ground a grow the best Sativa you could want . I do the same I’m getting a area ready for legal grow , our soil here I tassie is mud stone , sand stone , basalt , made soils hi with clay deposits im working on the ground for a few seasons before I use it they have to change the laws here if our Capital city in Canberra can grow 4 plants a house it’s going to have go to all states of Australia, I’ll be ready to smash it out with the right soil grown on site . Od .

Sure they're still there I think we called them the starry flounder out there... Checkthe channel between marrowstone island and the mainland and both bays north and south of it... Their favorite bait is those mud worms I used to dig up when the tide was out... Sometimes it's hard to get the bait down to the bottom when the dogfish sharks are around... Usually about every third try I would get down to the bottom and catch a fish... All this talk about fishing and look what I'm doing
Caught one River sucker that I released so far because I was too lazy to bring it up to my compost pit... The only thing I'm missing now is an SSH joint.... Oh yeah very good to eat Killian's red beer batter one of my favorites

Nice , fresh water , haven't seen that in a while....
Not sure if your flatfish is same as ours , I'm gonna check it out , the black back is pretty hefty , easy to filet for dinner
Yea , we used bloodworms , the ones with the fangs or sand worms , the ones you can dig up in the mud ....

Yeah those are the worms I hated those ones with the fangs in the front of their mouth as a kid used to hold them down with a small stick and stick the hook in never saw what happen if one bit you... I'm having a case of pot hymers.. I used to be like an encyclopedia of fish.. what you had on the Atlantic side was a different species of flounder but very similar..if I remember right the max size of both species was around 30 in but mostly all around 15 /20 inches was most common very easy to fillet ..nice white flaky meat..Washington State and Montana and Alaska have some of the strictest game regulations in the country.. that's how I know those Fisher still there.. California's not too far behind them.. and I once visited a steelhead hole from childhood on the South fork of the Trinity River not far from where the Patterson-Gimlin Bigfoot video was filmed before my day... The steelhead were still there and nobody fishing for them.. that's my style of fishing...but I can't say I don't miss the ocean I miss it every day of my life

I'm not going to lie

i went to pop 2 more seeds

in 5.9 @ 400ish ppm

depending on what dod has to say

i may not b running to ro shop

I'll simply walk

but it never occurred to me

over stressing about frying seedlings

it's not like u soil-ish medium zealots
are dropping ur popped seeds into

inert, "soil"...

now i think i fried em at... yeah... 600, last go and they're just now recovering n spurtin
but now, popping in 300...
& at the moment, 400ppm...
what do u guys have ur medium at, once u plug a popped seed
i feel like it's remedial and i had to have read this
but for the life of me
can't f'ing remember.
whatcha pluggin at, ppm wise?

wolverine, i still need any instructions, or we just watching it happen, in varying methods?

the plugs... i wasn't brave enough to intentionally kill em, hoping they'd push through the sealed end of a plug
but I'm tired of the balancing act, upside down... y not make a cylinder, or cubish type plug?! clearly, some folks use em differently!
so i cut off the tops
pushed holes through and we'll c
less to root through
they were a tighter fit
and i probably did
wait one day, too long n damaged a tail, prolly.

so 6 started
multiple strains in same res
just backfired
this morning
one deficient; 2 N surplused
and i really wanna
drive this multiple strain problem home

because i really wanna pop a black dom fem

i just fuckin forgot

I never had a problem sprouting in ocean forest or the like as long as i didnt over water.

Now using promix it has a starter charge of about 500-600ppm so i dont feed til week 2 or 3 and then i have been adding 300-350 ppm of dyna gro foliage pro with good results.

Honestly the seedling has all it needs for a couple weeks.

here's the problem
other
lesser
asshole peer sites
with people who report people
don't let u post links
so when old men
like we
finally find someone to show them
how
they don't let you!
u know it took 4 months and 2 sites
for me to figure out
the like button does more than like
if ur not entirely stupid
yeah
can u imagine me
sooo naked
without the angry button
sorry
i didn't mean to scare u like that
but that's how bad things can really get

i had a craving to report any random entry of diesel's
the other day
just to c what happens
when u report a mod
or if he gets his own complaints
first
and gets to... sayyyy... filter them
but i wasn't high enough
or
brave enough
still not certain
which of the two

and then...

i kinda screwed em around the same time
u know how tactful i am
i didn't feel it the most opportune of times

i am dying to learn more about this and hear more about your observations
ur right
not much on it
so did u take pics pre and post harvest and if so can we c em
u smoke so there's no way besides a lab to boil that bitch down and check for changes in percentages

@MIMedGrower
how much do u know about this

four twenty
u took off stem just under buds for colas... under buds... right off...
any leaf at all, left on plant? a few fans? what kinda shape were they in since I'm assuming u flushed and so how long did u flush? first regen? how long would u say it took to recover? my poop never goes off 12/12 so i can't even use the intel for myElf, but I'm absolutely fascinated by the concept n how much time, if any, u feel u save?

lots of duck feet n single finger fans? like monstercropping? i get that, forcing. never thought to check n c whether it's moreso, with clones vs of seed, but currently, would say happens more with the clones. the seedlings, still have time n transition, while the clones, r already preflowered.
