mites

hi i am a new grower for the first time i have 4 plants i notice these tiny mites in the soil nothing on any of the leaves or stalks these things look white and are less than half a millimeter in lenght and they can move very fast i cant get a pic of them any help plz

Sounds like root aphids what kind of soil? How old are the plants ? Have you been preventative spraying?

i sprayed the soil with some organic stuff with soap in it the soil is promix plants are 4 weeks old and look great and healthy
