Today the Massachusetts department of public health released the state regulations regarding medical marijuana. The best news is that until the dispensaries are open ( sure to be a clusterfuck), we can legally, with a doctors recommendation GROW ARE OWN! The second best news is you can legally posses a 2 months supply. Which is, in their opinion ten fucking ounces! Isn't that an ounce a week? Holy weed storm! I'm like a fat kid in a candy store right now!
I don't foresee dispensaries popping up any time soon either... Around here it would be very prohibitive to open one with duval patrick (taxaholic governer) with two hands on your wallet ($500,000 non refundable deposit for the prilivage of applying for a dispensary). But I'll let you guys know if Matt shotwell shows up anytime soon ( don't let him sleep in your teepee)...
