I also am blowing shit up with my combo. Instead of the hammerhead/MOAB combo, I am rocking the more mkp&ksulfate/MOAB combo. Same great ppms, much cheaper price.

My first time trying out the hh and Moab combo. I mixed half of the recommended dosage for my base nuts, 5 ml per gallon of hh and 1 tspn of Moab per 5 gallons. Ppm came out to 630. What ppm are you getting? Does that sound about right?

The correct combo based on success rates of others using the combo is 2.5 ML of Hammer Head, 1 TSP per 5 Gal of MOAB and Half Strength Base Nutes. Wherever you were the week before cut that base A&B nutes down in half.

ya thats about right. high doses of P don't add a lot of ppms for some reason.

the dosage i use with amazing success is 5ml per gallon of hammerhead and 1 heaping teaspoon of moab per 5 gallons. 2.5ml of hh is not enough. this comes from gtd, and true grit.

well it was to much when i used it at that dose n burnt 1 or 2 leafs, then again it was with overdrive not moab n it was 4 n half weeks and using guano packed plagron soil so couldnt excatly cut my base nute but hey im guna try now im in week 5 as i read that i obviously started combining hammerhead with the overdrive a bit to early, n hopefully my guano soil will be watered down a bit by now, fingers crossed n hopeing for good results this week

edit, i forgot to say it made 1 of my plants directly under a light n slightley to close by like a few inchs ended up hermyin all thru the top bud from this burn but i choped it in time before them narners opened

So far it's working great with half the nute base, 5 ml of hh, and 1 tspn of Moab per 5 gallons. I think I'm seeing them plumb up with no burn at all :)

yep I'm jumpin on the band wagon too. just picked up a 500g moab for 35 bucks locally seamed like it was priced wrong so good for me. Now i just need to wait a few more weeks to give it a shot, just flipped the lights lastnight. Im running PBP with protect and koolbloom liquid plus hittin em with a tea every week or so.
Any addvice for when i start the hh / moab combo? just drop base to half and 5ml hh 1 tsp/5g moab thats it huh?

Let me ask here since I never got the answer I was looking for from GTD.

On a 10 week strain say I'm runnin 1200ppms week6.
Now onto weeks 7&8 I drop my base in half and ppms come back say 1050.

MrG is asking the same thing,
so we would be running at a lower ppm, during combo week because of the high P not adding many ppms on the meter?

You know dude, I had to spend a couple hours on the phone to find a big ag supply place that stocked 50 lb bags of salts. And then drive a little over 100 miles to get the salts. But it is absolutely worth it. I can make base nutes of any ratio, I can make homemade hammerhead with the true 0-9-18 ratio (now hammerhead is 2-4-10 or some shit, who wants extra N in last 2 weeks of feeding?).
I spent 181.06 on 5 50 lb bags of salts and a 3 lb bag of micro mix. It has already saved me hundreds of dollars on nutes.

Edit- In a pinch, you could always order the MKP and K sulfate online. You will pay way more per pound, and pay shipping costs as well.
I think the old hammerhead probably did well @2.5 ml/gal. Then they changed it to 0-4-8, and lied about "oh it's just a labeling issue, there is the same amount of P and K" and then reformulated it one more time to a more stupid ratio.
That being said, I did the equivalent of 5 ml/gal old hammerhead, and the max listed dosing on the MOAB container(but w/big specimens) and it worked out well.

Does any1 use MOAB at week 2 to set in flowers? I wanna give it a try and then HH/MOAB combo at week 7/8 then flush week 9/10. I wanna up my yield some more. U got any tips for me, GTD?

i was doing week 2 for a while. i think it works better during week 1 then big bud week 2-5.

I'm running GH 3 part as my base nutes. Should I cut my additives in half as well. My full strength Rival's Recipe is usually 1400-1450 ppm. I don't wanna feed them 2 hot. I'm at 14 days on my White OG #6 and wanna hit them 2nite. This will be their first feeding.

You dont need to cut your additives in half<<<Only your base nutes>>>14days in is way to early or the hammerhead/MOAB combo brah

Thanx GTD! I won't cut my additives. I was only gonna use the MOAB to inset the flowers. At a ratio of a 1/2 tbs per 5 gal. of water. Would that be ok? Then HH/MOAB at week 7/8? I wanna get this shit down on the first try. Lol. Thanx again, bro!

Awesome! I hear it works well to get them goin at week 2. I will have to post up my results. I'm gonna hit them 2nite with 3 part, Cal Mag, Silica Blast, FloraNectar, MOAB and Floralicious. Hopefully that kicks them into high gear. I wanna get them to finish faster. Thanx again, GTD!

I have used Moab end week two and feel it brings on flowers earlier for sure, also reduces stretch IMO. Also I think canna boost can help with early start. Hh and Moab for the finish but canna boost and Moab for the start.
