Does the combo still work with the new Hammerhead? 0-9-18 vs 2-4-10

I used the boost/moab combo week 2 for the first time this run and bud sites appeared a few days sooner. It didn't really help with the stretch but the bud formation is great. I plan on using boost/moab on day 28 and then hammerhead/moab week 6 and 7

when you say 2.5 ml of the HH do you mean per litter or are you talking 2.5 ml per gallon..thanks

2.5 ML per gallon of Hammer Head.

Fox Farm Beastie Bloomz Ingredients: Mono Potassium Phosphate, Iron, Manganese, Zinc, Copper, Chelating Agent, Disodium Ethylenediamine Tetra Acetate (EDTA), Sodium Borate, Sodium Molybdate and Kelp. NPK 0-50-30

MOAB ingredients derived from: Mono Potassium Phosphate, Mono Ammonium Phosphate and non plant food Thiamine Hydrochloride (vitamin B1). NPK 0-52-32

Well the NPK are just about the same and Beastie Bloomz ingredients look better IMO, but MOAB doesn't list ingredients, it just says "derived from" so they could have stuff in there that we don't know about, possibly PGR's??? Maybe thats why MOAB works so damn good. Any thoughts on this??

Hammerhead
MOAB

Evergreen (Root Aphid Destruction that actually works, used preventatively for first 2 weeks of veg)

This mix is "clean", a clean colored liquid like Kool-Aid. There is nothing "dirty" in it which was a big problem for me with GH. So far, this new mix is AWESOME. It was noticably better than the old GH lineup I used after the first few days and today at 14" the plants are very noticably more healthy and better than any I ever grew with the old "dirty" mix. My roots are perfect "white zippers" for the first time, too. With everything going so well, I wanted to ask about the using the Hammerhead and MOAB.

I am planning on using the MOAB in Week 1 to "kick start" the plants into budding. Then I will use Hammerhead for weeks 2-6, then the HH/MOAB combo in weeks 7-8, then flush week 9. Does this sound good, or should I just start with HH in week 1 and forget about MOAB in week 1?

Let me tell you I'm just finishing a run with the HH-MOAB comb, IT ROCK"S , I don't want to hear about mixing my own salts, I now there way cheaper I have no time to mess around with it hopefully someday, but for right now I just got another bottle 2.2lbs of the MOAB off eBay sent to my door for, $80.69, I have run all the fox farm PK boosters this combo- rocks the plants are dripping & Frost covered, I have 43 in flower right now that we ran this Combo on. Best I have seen, room is 10K sealed room 1800 ppm C02 , Buds are WAY BIGGER & hard as a ROCK !, I used the newer HH worked fine.

I would like to say a big thanks to all you guys that run tests & try new things to find Kick Ass Combo for use to all use!!!

Getting ready to use this with Veg+Bloom. Let me get this straight;

1. Cut Veg+Bloom EC in half
2. Add 25ml Hammerhead to 5 gallons
3. Add 1 tsp. (5.5 grams) MOAB to 5 gallons
4. Mix and use at 7 weeks Flower

NO 2.5 ML to a gallon, of HH so 5 gallons would be 12.5 ML of HH

I used Hammerhead starting week 1-2 of flower at 5 ml per gallon.... Then week 7 drop the HH to 2.5 ml/gal and add MOAB at 1-2 tsp per 5 gallons, also cut base in half.... ~ODB~

You can also try using MOAB once in week 1 to induce flower and help with stretch.... Then continue the HH week 2.... ~ODB~

Im confused with this cut your base in half. I run v+b at 1.6 ec. That means I have to go down to .8 and with the hh/moab combo will leave me at 1.1 ec that seems kind of low to me. Need some input sorry doesnt make sense to me... dont want to leave my babies starving.

i can taste the moab. if you are picky, you will too. not used anymore here, even tried less of it, less often and more flushing. only thing that eliminated the moab aftertaste was cutting it out.

i kinda felt my it made my girls a bit less stinky same for shooting powder, last time i used none of those things n things deff where more flavorful n pungent 4 sure IMO.

That's what I found to happen.... starvation.

You would of never got the answer, if I didnt see this thread, the "experts" NEVER answer this question. That has been asked numerous times, So I had to figure it out myself and this is the best way I found to use it.

Add MOAB & HH 1st
Then the base and then supplments as needed. Still not desired ppms/e.c
Then add more base to get ppms/ec back to were it was (In your case 1.6 ec).
Ph and feed. Work like a champ

Thanks for the input. Thats what I did any ways. So I brought my base down to 1.2-1.3 and then hit it with moab/hammerhead. Ive been using this combo for a while now but to be honest I cant tell if its working. I keep using it because it seems the people using it are loving it, so maybe I need to make other adjustments.

Should be fine as long as it's below 1200ppm
