Molasses - how often, how much?

hi everyone!

Would love to know how often you water with Molasses in different stages (veg/flower) and how much do you use.
when do you start? when do you stop?

I'm growing 2 autoflowers in organic soil (Foxfarm).
I'm almost done with this grow (my first grow!) and about to start another.

Molasses is best for teas. Don't add to soil.

Molasses are mixed with teas to feed the microorganisms that will break down organic matter and In return feed your plants.

If it's powered agricultural molasses vs unsulphured table molasses it's different. With feedings is appropriate. However I stopped using it. Didn't notice any difference.
The powdered molasses I would use alone. In between feeds. For veg and half of flower. Again. Noticed nothing.

I could be wrong, but I believe molasses cured an iron deficiency I had once. But I can't say I've ever noticed any other effect. The best I can say is 15 ml dissolved in a gallon of water definitely won't hurt the plants.
