I cut off what mold and bud rot u could find. Do i really need to discard the whole crop? Is there a way to save it?

I pull the Budlets apart to see how far down the stem it has progressed and then cut it when I come to some clean material! But it will probably come back! It’s that time of year! If it gets too bad, you might as well just chop!

Spray the affected area with iso
I would do a peroxide bud wash at harvest to kill the spores but that’s me some people get scared and chop and pitch I’ll take my chances to much work to let little mold ruin it
You have to tell him what percentage of iso! I would hate to see him ruining those trikes! Be specific and get your ass back to work!

One small thing about the answers above. It's not stated clearly but you should also cut out a small amount of healthy bud material around the rotten area. There's usually more mold than the eyes can see. However, in most cases unless the rot has gone on too long, you should be able to save most of your crop.

I think Nick and Moby diluted 99.9 iso one part water, one part ISO! You have to be careful with it! Test it on a small bud first! Then scope the trikes with a loop for damage! I am dealing with Budrot a little bit also!

I dont see any more.i pulled them all.here in sonoma county the rain is here ,the leaves are falling everywhere bringing more mold.im dry8ng whats seems savable and we will see then...fingers crossed!!!

I found a bit here and there on two of three plants I recently harvested. I cut out the brown stuff, they reccomend a mask to not breath the spores if dry and dusty and washing all your trimming gear with alchohol. I washed all my buds in 3 water rinses....first - bath and swish 30 seconds in warm water with a 1/4 cup of both baking soda and lemon juice, 2nd bath was a warm water bath swish and third bath was a cold water swish. Not only cleaning residues but got 7 or 8 small green worms out of the plant. With proper fan drying and curing for a week-10 days, then trim leaves, get the canning jars and the Boveda 62% humidity packs and let cure 1-2 months and burp the jars daily.
