my cash is starting to dwindle i have enough for the lights and nuets and stuff but am wondering if there is any better ideas than a grow tent i have heard that the ones on ebey split and are not 100% light proof is this true, what would be a better option for cheaper.

look for a good second hand cabinet. a 400 watt could work really well in a large wardrobe. wood is definitely light proof ;)

I Agree with Hazy, i didn't have the money to buy a tent e.t.c as well so just just built my own, well it's not even a cab i've built, just partisioned off a corner with tripled up Black + White, very cheap and effective

If you are not good at building a frame, buy yourself a small bunkbed and modify.

Best idea I have ever seen, and something that I must try myself.

I have seen bunkbeds go for around £20 second hand. Perfect size for a couple of lights.

never thought of that herb.. that is a good idea with the bunk beds used as a fram to get you started.. i think i will try that one day too

I just use hanged up mylar, it's saving me a lot of money until I can afford a secret jardin dr150. :star
