I’m shooting for monsters this year. My outdoor will be going outside next weekend. You can see how big they already are. At this time last season, my outdoor were a small seedlings. This year I went for clones from my pheno hunts. Most the girls bottom stem is thicker then a roll of quarters, no exaggeration. (First picture, Zoom up on from right girl) Currently getting 17 hours of daylight and will get a week of 16 hours.

Yeah - on the lower right, I see the trunk on that one. Before this grow is over, those are going to have BARK on them lol. Good job!!!

They’re finally outside. Getting ready to build new greenhouse before these girls go into the ground. The large ones are in 10g pots and small ones in 3 gal pot. Look how big around the ground crawler is. Its a GG#4. Thing will take up some serious space.

Looks like I should start mine vegging in December next year. I feel mine are to small. Even my neighbors who just started growing are bigger then mine.

I would highly suggest you start in December. Just slowly lower light to 16 hours a day so it’s closer to daylight when you’ll be putting them outside. That way they won’t try flowering when you take them outside cause you changed light schedule so much.

I have a analog switchable sunsystem ballast 1000watt with air cooled hood I got in 98. It hums like a truck lol. Guess its time to upgrade it. Get my indoor room in order since I'm renovating the house right now anyway. Ill start getting mine ready now. Next year I want to do this completely right. This is a current picture from today. I really feel they are way to small. you cant see it because its just out of frame but beyond that white fence by the swing sett is 3 huge plants that just reach the top of the fence. I didn't want to take pictures of my neighbors plants. it would be creepy of me if they saw me. lol. should I stop the LST training. I am trying to keep them a little short. As i dont want them to be seen., My neighborhood had a problem last year with either teens or crack heads steeling the tops off everyone's grows. I do have cameras on them but that wont stop them as most of my neighbors had cameras to the hooligans in question wore hoods and ski masks. My bedroom window is right by them so I would hear anyone coming up the 4 flights of stairs to get to them. Any way enough rambling IM kicking my self for not starting earlier. I thought I was doing good getting them out at the end of March with supplemental light for 16/6 with cfl's. But I think I stunted them.

Bummer couldn't edit the post it was supposed to say 18/6 not 16/6. Sorry for any typos.

FIM the shit out of them, up until they start flowering. Also tie branches down so they’ll start growing horizontally, not vertically. Then you’ll have more of a short bush instead of something taller and skinner. The reason my ground crawler is the way it is, is because it’s monster cropped and that gave girl more branches but they can’t support own weight to grow vertically. So it grows horizontally. I also fimm the shit out of it. Probably every 2-3 weeks. That way i get loads more tops!

ahh a person after my own hart. lol I have been FIMing and topping any chance I get. My original goal was to keep them short but bushy.

Hey Bigggdaddy, do you grow under the plastic tarp all summer? I have similar plastic tarp and welded wire fence and posts to make the same type of cover.

These are my babies this year, started from clones. Only my second time having plants. Last year I had big tall Christmas trees 🎄 lol so this year I’m going for more flat, bushy girls. Thinking I’ll be transplanting into 25g pots so hopefully I’ll have some monsters to share to!

They’re starting to bush up big time. Tallest one is around 5’ tall. I figure by the time some are done stretching, they’ll be around 7’. I obviously put to many in in this greenhouse. The other greenhouse is even fuller. They’re getting put in soil this weekend. They’ll settle in from replant, probably close to time they start the switch, I’m thinking.
Mainly 3 Snowcain phenos I hunted
1 GG#4 (the super bushy ground crawler)
1 Beleaf White Truffle
1 Pancakes Cookies Breeders cut
1 WWxBB pheno I hunted
(Half of the girls aren’t pictured)

Drill holes all over the bucket. Sorry so late

Drill holes all over the bucket. Sorry so late
I drilled some extra holes. a few weeks ago. The heat did affect my roots system before i did though. The bounced back but I think i have effected yield a little. as this cultivar is a 2 pounder cross and is supposed to get really big. Next year Im using fabric smart pots and my compost we have been building for years. I tried to just use happy frog and coast of maine. I also made compost teas. I usually grow dwc indoors so I really wanted some nice tasty organic sun grown cannabis. Something we don't get much of here on the east coast as much as the west does. Well back in the day late 90s vermont always had the good organic sun grown outdoors at local music fests.

Here an update of my girls. A few are finally over 7’ tall and several are over 6’ tall. I also just threw my Beleaf Platinum Punch #13 mother and an elite pheno of Sugarcane mother, outside (currently in small pots) . So I’ll have Beleaf White Tuffle, Beleaf PP#13, Pancakes Cookies Breeders cut and elite sugarcane pheno I’ve added to greenhouse. They’ll be in 10g pots, water only, soil mix. The trichomes show will be epic, with those elites!! The big girls are 4 Snowcaine phenos (1,2,7 and 15) I’ve hunted, a WWXBB pheno I hunted and a GG.
Next year I grow less but have them WAY bigger. I feel they’re currently over crowded. I’ve really thinned out where plants are growing into each other. Trying to eliminate anything thst won’t get prime light and never be more then larf. Plus the plants energy can focus more energy on the prime colas.
