I have a Medical Marijuana Card in Illinois and can legally grow 5 plants. My question is are plants permanantly kept in Veg that will never produce flower while kept in Veg be considered in that count of 5? They are for future clones and not flower production???????? Anyone know the answer?

I'm in missouri and there are specific plant counts all the way down to clones.

I would download and read your statutes - they are typically written in English that growers can understand.

There is some ambiguity as written, especially concerning plants under 5 inches tall. See IL cannabis regulation act, Article 10.b.1:

"An Illinois resident 21 years of age or older who is a registered qualifying patient under the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Pilot Program Act may cultivate cannabis plants, with a limit of 5 plants that are more than 5 inches tall, per household without a cultivation center or craft grower license."
