I'm trying go refinance my house and an appraiser has to come out. Usually they go into every room but I have 10 ladies about 3 weeks into flower. Room is fully dedicated with mini split, lights, fans, dehuey. I was hoping to keep the door locked but might not fly. Anyone have recent experience with appraisers? Is locking the door a possibility? Is there a way to move the girls out on appraisal day? They're like 4-5 feet tall.

If I was you I would break the room down and cover the ladies with contractor bags. If you have a garage or shed move them there while inspection is going on. If you don't have that option rent the smallest uhaul move all your stuff into there and have the inspection done. After they leave set shop back up.

Ah wait. I mean unless your refinancing to avoid a few payments. In that case rent a storage unit ask a friend if you can store them for a min in a garage or something.
