Moving to Cali?

Theres alot of good information here i have done some research on Oregon and Washington both are very attractive alternatives for me but the thing i keep getting caught up on is the fact that you cant vend in either state from what i was reading you can only make back you costs in those states am i wrong about that? i would love to move to washington it seems like there kinda under the radar but cali has always been where i wanted to be since i was a child.

I would wait on moving to Washington, bro... the LCB is looking to fuck over med patients by reducing the number from 15 to 6 (with only three in flower at a time).
