moving to michigan within 2 months.

i cant wait to get out there. thinking about the G.R. area. lemme know what you think. been to mich several times and i love it. i plan on getting my card right away and getting going soon after that. any locals have any advice for a new resident? lemme hear it.

If I was ever to leave the Ann Arbor/Ypsi corridor and move somewhere else in Michigan, the GR area is at the top of my list. Also has a huge amount of top quality microbreweries (like my area). It is however highly Republican, borderline bible belt and "Dutch heavy" so be aware of that as well!

the awful state of south dakota. loose lips do sink ships! thx hindu. GR can't be any worse, in that regard, as SD is. good advice. thanks guys. id like to get a part time job some place for a bit, such as a dispense or a hydro shop, of some sort.
