Mr. Fulvic and Clean Kelp foliar mix?

I plan on making some foliar supplements and wondering what the mix per qt would be.

So far I've read around 20-40ml for Clean Kelp - I'll start low with 5ml per qt - and 2.5ml/gal for Mr Fulvic - .625ml/qt.

If you guys have any input I'd really appreciate it. Having to switch up nutes because my last batch literally burned me and moving on to alternatives so I'm having to experiment with where my plants like to be.

Indoor grow in 3.5gal Coco Hempy Buckets if that makes a difference.

I give all plants a weekly foliar spray, up until the 2nd week of flower. I use Regalia, Sea Green, Athena Stack, Mr Fulvic, and a little spinosad or Athena IPM in the mix. I use all of these at the recommended dosage. The plants love it. I spray at lights out and the next morning the girls are always about 3 inches taller, neon green, and praying to the lights.
