Has anyone ever tried super silver haze, or afghan haze outdoors from mns? If so have you had any problems from bud rot?

It really depends on your geographical location. The afg haze did nicely outdoors tho.

Flowering time is not a problem I can go till mid october. The main problem is the fall fog and rain late into flowering. The only strain that I grew that didn't have some rot was g13 x haze from Reeferman.All others had some.

have heard that the sativa phenos of SSH are very mold resistant ,
have seen people finish it outdoors with no probs at ~50N

The SSH gets monsterous but you will need to flower a clone to find your females early.I had one get to about 15ft. tall and bigger around than 2 men could reach but they do take awhile to finish.Mid-october will be pushing it for the mr. nice SSH,it goes past that here at 30*N into last of oct. or first nov.
