Mt First Ever Grow - Needing Some Advice

Hey everyone, new member and a first time grower :)

Been actively looking at alot of threads but nothing I can find relates to my area or conditions.

So I found at few seeds from previous buds I have smoked and managed to germinate a few of them.

I removed the males and disposed of them, meanwhile I have a couple females which have started their flowering about 3 weeks ago maybe 4.

What i need advice on is where in the flowering stage is my plant and how much longer do i expect to wait before I consider harvesting ?

I would differently get a magnifying glass like a 10 power and look a the pistols and the clearer they are the longer they have to grow .you want them to be half clear and half amber.
