Multichamber Grow Tent Design

I'm going "commercial" and want to start harvesting perpetually. I'd also like to have a mother plant and drying room.

The problem is I don't have that much space and the grow room can only handle 15 amps at 120V so I'm trying to cut down on electricity. I think I found the solution but I'm not sure if the plan below would work without leaking smell from the aircooled hood. What do you think ?

A/C : 4.8A
400W ballast : 3.3A
96W T5 : 0.8A
450 CFM exhaust : 1.2A
240 CFM duct booster : 0.3A
Total : 10.4A

Right, I'm sitting at 60% right now using the numbers provided by the manufacturers.
I'll buy a power meter to make sure I don't go over.

Yeah, my math is wrong.

Make sure nothing else is tapped into that 15a plug/breaker and drawing power unnoticed.

I still don't like depending in 1x15a outlet for all my power

I think i found a better solution.
The smell can't leak any more and i save power by ditching the booster fan.
