Mutated Seedling (?)

Hello,

I planted this seedling a few weeks ago in its final pot outside. I had a situation where all 4 of my seedlings got burnt up; don't know if it was nitrogen burn, overwatering, and intense sun exposure, but all of them came back but this one was kind of stunted. I said screw it and put it outside with the rest of them anyway. It grew new leaves but it was kind of mutated looking. Within the last few days, a few of the bigger leaves on top started snapping and hanging off, despite there being new leaves growing further down the stem.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Hmmmm it might just be putting on roots still not sure. Did you top it or did it break in the wind? The side branches should grow out fine though. Time will tell

The leaves were snapped, I'm assuming from the wind, so I took them off.

Just weird how it's growing, and what it's doing.
