Depression sucks trust me I know. Been dealing with it for 25 years. Dwelling on it makes it worse. I have to make my mind think of something else to get away from it. I get up and try to do something but understand thats extremely painful for you. Still sit doing nothing as little as you can. it helps the body and mind. For me the more I can get up and do something the less my body hurts as long as I am not over doing it. Now when I have to stay seated I read from these forums and articles, how to.... or anything else I ever found interesting.
