its intresting what happens to the tips of leafs when they lack chloroplast.. its like they can not convert the food to sugars and just goes up in flame.. if you look at the other leafs ( new growth) no sign of burn.

also my leafs are fucked. lots of light burns because of how im watering and my help is quite clumsy.

laughs. i yelled at my mom im like did you treat me like that. laughs

I got a break tonight. The Deadhead OG in the drying closet needs at least a half a day more before trimming and jarring. So I don't have hours of work in the middle of the night tonight anymore.

Good to see you plugging right along bud.

It's best to leave them be if they are doing well and need nothing.

Patience is the biggest and most important lesson this all has taught me.

The plants prefer us to be patient and their environment stable.

I just notice you are always stressing on feeding them. They need way less than you think.

Keep learning brother.

Tip. Too dark green and wrinkles is usually nute stress. Want fresh water and time to dry out a bit.

And the environment determines how much they transpire. Which directly relates to how much nutes and water they uptake.

Hot and dry. Fast uptake. Less nutes needed. They can burn or stress easier trying to process it all.

It is all a balance of all of it. That's why every room and every grow can be so different.

I don't know about super glue on a hot bulb.

And the test bud I just hit is a full high flying sativa high with a buzz also emanating from my chest.

The second hit about 45 min later has me stoned all over. Shiny happy stoned.

And it smoked smooth right off the vine. Taste not there yet but smell is truly chem heavy OG.

well i probably stressed them a little since they were a bit smaller than the large plants but were hungry.

not really stressing food since im not changing it till they show signs of wanting more again,.,

It looks like you already topped that one, pull them flat and hopefully the bottom branches will catch up before it starts growing vertical branches.I did a scrog with mine and underestimated the stretch.with all the shimming and trimming your doing using a 600 hps i would want to give myself about a foot of play with my light when it's time to flower.
I like the plant that i am re vegging it's a purple- cherry pie cross gifted to me.I have three others i popped on the first of this month out in the greenhouse. About 7 weeks to go on one i'm flowering now in the closet.

I get that the solo cup plant needs more attention. But I also know there is no reason to spray silica on little plants and unless there are pests been oil either.

I'm just saying only give them what they need.

You're fine. Just some tips man.

yeah i will remember dark leather leafs sign of over feeding. besides burnt tips and bent tips.

yeah im fucking up i know.

they were hungry so i up there food.. i will back off and see. so they need less food in my environment.. something to keep in mind for sure. they had water last so ill go back to the JR food.. since that work fine for the other plants for a long while.. so we see.. they not hungry now so i have a blank slate to work from.

thank you. now if i can get new growth so i can use it hah.

i used teh SI because i was training said to make it easier. but yeah i should of only used it on the older plants and i also used to strong o f a dose.. but whatever, it will help with heat to come.

so you do not think neems oil should be used, only for bugs?

laughs. my head hurts sometimes. so many cats to skin.

I have never sprayed my plants with anything. I use potting soil and a 1 part complete nute. And well water.

I think neem cake is a soil conditioner.

And si is not really used for training afaik. It is for heat resistance and pest resistance.

Potassium is responsible for strong resilient stems. and it's in every fertilizer.

I use neem oil as a preventitive with a six week veg i usually spray about 3 times unless i see bugs outside once a week. sometimes store bought soil has fungus gnats in it and a soil drench seems to take care of them. MyMedgrower passed some good info to you about feeding and not overdoing it. i use calmag to supply my micros,i see you use it plus micros. Neem or any foilar spray can burn your leafs if done under the light and not given the time to dry.Your grow looks good to me,your filling the tent space and all the bud sites should start to take off.

good morning.

even tho the SI fucked up my leafs, they do give you one visual cue still that they are happy.

so you think i should not top the babys again? ill be using a net or 3 hah.. need to find a tote.

so where did the thinking si help with trainig come from.
did it come from the same who thought molasses made your buds sweeter camp?
( i can imagine the fact it makes your shit easy to bend and also makes the leaf placid. probably help with that. )
you know this shit can give you a head when thee is so much convoluted info. hah.

anyhow i think the babys will need to be topped or they will be as big as the older plants where by the time i get toi flower.

chris.

im trying to learn here but with so much info man its getting harder the more i learn.... and not having personal experience i can not make up my own mind on the subject. hah. not that i would get it right.

i still think im gonna spray the solo cup with neems oil to see what it does.
