Yo, what's up, everyone!

Been dealing with a bunch of headaches over here, fuc### whiteflies took over and were munching on my plants. I hit them with Evidence WG700, abamectin, deltamethrin, Isaria fumosorosea, Bacillus thuringiensis, and Beauveria bassiana. Also slapped some yellow sticky traps to catch those little devils.

pH issues in the soil are sorted now. Made a ton of clones in the aerocloner, and now I'm cloning in rockwool too. Got some new genetics in the mix as well, some karma and exoticgenetix. Haven’t flipped the photoperiod yet, had to defoliate the hydro plants because of the infestation, but they’re bouncing back now. Growth is still a bit slower than usual due to all the stress they’ve been through.

That’s it for today, grow fam! Cheers!

Update from the trenches , everything’s finally running smooth.
Plenty of clones rooted, and all the previous growth issues are resolved. I’m now using my own custom two-part dry fertilizer, it’s more complete and better balanced than GH or Advanced, and doesn’t require any additional CalMag. I’ve completely moved away from Plant Prod. 😂

The hydro plants still show some signs of previous stress (they got cooked at one point), but recovery is going well. I’ll remove the damaged older leaves before flipping to flower. Everything’s growing well now ,finally got past the lockout stage. Hallelujah!

Clones are temporarily outside the propagation box to maximize space, but they’ll move back in once I flip the main room.

Some leaves look rough — they were the ones up against the side of the tent. Space is really limited, so I’ve been rotating the plants to make sure they all get decent light exposure.

Outdoor Project:
I’m also building a batch of organic soil to run a few plants outside — just to avoid setting up yet another hydro reservoir. I’m already managing the hydro solution, a separate one for vegging potted plants, and another mix for mothers and clones. One more would be overkill in terms of maintenance (pH, EC, cleaning, etc.).

But honestly, I just like growing both mineral and organic — so I’ll be running both in parallel.

Here’s the mix I’m prepping (it’ll rest for at least 45 days before use):

  • Crushed seashell lime
  • Neem cake
  • Basalt rock dust
  • Worm castings
  • Agricultural gypsum
  • Seaweed meal
  • Various manures
  • Bokashi
  • Perlite
  • Sphagnum peat moss

That’s it for now. Cheers, everyone, and happy growing!

What's up, grow fam! Good news, things are finally moving really fast over here, after all kinds of struggles.

1744394163880

I'm using my own mineral fertilizer formula (salts), with some organic and microbiological components. I’ve arrived at a two-part recipe I always dreamed of, no need to supplement with CalMag, amino acids, etc.

1744394185283

I'm posting this right after the last one because in just 72 hours the difference here was pretty big. At this pace, I’ll probably have a beautiful forest ready to flower in another 15 days of veg.

1744394227809

I regret restarting with GH ferts (I was unlucky and got a fake one), and later Plant Prod (bought it from the official distributor in Brazil, but I've seen fake ones too, very light-colored and doesn't raise EC like the original). I should've gone straight back to the formula that already worked well for me, which took me about 10 years to perfect. But I was stubborn and tried convenience first, lol.
Maybe I’ll release this formula on the market later on, :D

That's all for today, cheers everyone!

Badass grow! I’m new to it but y’all give me ideas.

I really like that you packed the room, I like even more that you did it all with your own hands. I’m not nearly as crafty but I try to rig my own stuff for my little grow. Doesn’t always work but I always learn.

I just finished supercropping the plants and did a preventive spray with Siltac® (silicon-based product), since today is the day I flip to flower!
The plants look a bit droopy because they had just woken up when I sprayed them, but everything’s going really well. :)
Sorry for the shitty camera, my phone died and it´s a Holiday, using old camera. Lol

Hey grow bros!

I’m excited to announce the launch of my own nutrient line! 🇧🇷
After years of dealing with fake or inconsistent nutrients here in Brazil, I decided to dive deep into research and testing, and now they’re finally ready.

These nutrients are almost 100% chelated, organo-mineral, and deliver consistent results without needing any additives like CalMag. The formula is rich in calcium, magnesium, and chelated iron, say goodbye to deficiencies!

I really hope this project helps me keep things running. My last electricity bill alone was almost R$3,000 (~USD $500–600), brutal! 😅

Prices:
R$299 VEG / R$319 BLOOM (around USD $50 each).
Yes, the chelated components are imported and pricey, but it’s still way more affordable than the international brands.
If someone wanna test it, we can find a way to send it internacionally, brazillian growers can buy directly from me til our website gets ready. :)

See you soon, peace!
