My diy wind driven 5 gallon dry weed trimmer

Obviously, the trimmer is based on many diy bucket dry trimmers we’ve seen around the inter webs. My original plan was to just hand crank this, but I got to cogitating about it, and this is what I came up with…

I love it, that was some dam good cogitating you did to come up with that......What strain did you use for your careful cogitation?

Will it spin while loaded with herb? Wind power!

Yeah it spins fine loaded up. I can increase fan speed and/or move it closer to increase speed. Laziness is the mother of invention. I still use scissors, too!!

I haven’t used it yet except for loading it with dried weed from last year just to see if it works. I’ve seen this same style in action and people say it works fine—not perfect, but good enough for who it’s for…me.
