My feed ressy isnt FEEDING??

So in my 9 pot RDWC setup I use a "control" tub that is FED by a 32 gallon separate ressy

In the control tub is a float valve, that is supposed to let the ressy feed the control tub when the solution level gets too LOW

Its NOT working for some reason....it DID work for 3 weeks veg and 3 weeks flower

Now its NOT


I had the same thing happen last run, I replaced the float valve and it began to work fine, up until NOW


WHY?

Are these things really this big of a hunk of junk??????

How do i correct it???

Toilet valve setup type thing???

I have been using one for for 5 years. JK
Kent Marine Float Valves are the only ones I use in my sys. Never had to replace one.
