My first grow: Can you ID this bug?

A few days ago I spotted a ton of bugs on the rim of my pot.
They are tiny like a speck of pepper and move pretty fast.
I've seen a couple in the soil too.

So far I don't think I've seen it on the plant and the plant itself seems ok other than the yellow leaf that was caused by over watering early on.

This was my first grow so I didn't want to mess with topping/training/deflowering just yet.
