My first time with edibles

My wife used some of my cannabis to make canna butter. She has made brownies and also made some gingerbread brownies. I like it! One brownie before bed and I sleep like a baby. I have always been scared of trying edibles because I was not sure what the effect would be.

I made some canna butter. Mixed it into some Betty Crocker cookie mix.

Really good. I need to work on making sure the thc is distributed evenly.

One cookie would get you a good buzz, a different one would take me to the moon

The homemade edible dilemma
Even dispersion and suspension
I put up with the tougher chewy baked goods from a little over mixing back in the day
Now it's infused syrup and infused butter syrup
Gums are used to bind the cannabis oil to the water in the recipes
Able to dose more consistently with little error

This recipe allows both a sugar and oil carrier to be used making for a light narcotic effect that does not couch lock
The straight up infused syrup gives a nice light effect that allows you to do things during the day
My medicinal infused oils hit me hard and are seldom used, that conversion in the liver to 11 hydroxy thc is no joke

But the pot brownie will always be king!
