Here they are at ten weeks.
Slight trimming on the lower and a single topping.
These were evicted from an basement with mites.
Since being placed into the Alaskan wilderness, three weeks ago, no mites have been seen.
It is my hope that nature took care of the mites, as I feel that they were laughing at my puny neem sprays.
They were very small.
By loop I could see a black body and white head.
Once I had them spotted I found that I could spot adults with lower magnification viewer, but to my eye, they are too small to find.
Mite damage is easy to spot, (now that I have been through it) and I see none of it on these girls.
So it is my hope that the mite was an endemic variety who once found easy living in my basement, never to be seen again.
