Buds 1, 3, 7, and 12 all have between 5% and 10% amber. Probably doubled again by the end of this night cycle. 1, 3, and 12 are up against walls, so probably stressed to maturity faster by rubbing up against the walls. 7 is in the middle and gets the most intense light.

Buds 2, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, 13 all have near 5% amber.

Buds 8, 11, 14, 15 all have less than 5% amber.

At least that is how I am seeing it. Let me know what you all are seeing.

I will be checking the 4 most mature buds again in 3 hours to see how much more they matured. Will most likely chop those tonight. Will also get videos of the buds I missed last night to see if any of those are ready.

I'm going to wait 1 more day and then harvest the whole plant. 1, 3, and 7 are about 15% amber. Most of the little ones I missed last time are between 5% and 10%. The others I didn't check this time I suspect also went up by about 5%. I'm thinking that tomorrow they all should fall between 10% and 20%, which is a good spot for me.

Harvested!

I tried weighing the individual branches, but the hanging scale I have couldn't get some to register so I skipped getting a wet weight.

Here she is before being chopped.

Removed all fan leaves to lower chance of mold.

Now it looks empty! Still 3 plants there, but with the largest one gone there is so much space.

Drying tent is maintaining 71f with the following RH/VPD:

Took a bit to get up to ideal humidity, but now it is easy to maintain simply by venting when it gets too high.

About 11 hours in the drying tent.

VPD is in a very good range. You can see how often humidity is being exhausted. I should be able to see that occur less frequently as the plants dry out.

So I found out that the newer Govee hygrometers only record data in 10 minute intervals. This is why the humidity range is too large at moment. Should be between 65 and 66 humidity at all times. Switched to using a different hygrometer that records the data at 1 minute intervals. Also set it to fluctuate between 64 and 66 humidity. Seems that having them only 1% or 1 degree apart causes the automation to sometimes miss turning on/off at the correct time. Setting all my automation to at least 2% or 2 degrees difference is more stable so far.

Now I have almost 24 hours worth of data from the dry tent. You can see exactly when my exhaust fan missed turning off and then when I corrected it and switched it to the 1 minute intervals hygrometer.

Much smaller ranged of fluctuations now.

A quick update:

I removed all the buds from the tent on day 10. I actually dried it a bit too fast. Bought some fan speed controllers to slow down the fans inside the tent.

Trimmed all the colas and their final weight is 32.85g. I still have 72.63g of smalls that needs to be trimmed. I expect to lose about 30% of the weight to trimmings. Estimated total is 84g, or roughly 3oz. Pretty much spot on with my estimation from 2 months ago, which was 2.5oz.

Cola jar was only able to get up to 55% RH after 24 hours. I hope that is still good for TerpLoc bags. Moved the nugs to the bag minus the smallest one which I broke apart to dry a bit before smoking. Only been about 15 minutes in the bag, so the humidity should continue to rise. Hoping it is near 60% in 24 hours.

Trimmed the bag in the image above. It was 30.88g untrimmed and now it is 22.33g trimmed. A bit less than 30% in trimmings. I will be using the trimmings to make canna-oil so I tend to trim more than normal. Got some super sticky fingers afterwards and made a tiny ball of finger hash.
