ok, your watering is probably fine than it’s the three gallon pots which cause the roots to eventually get all tangled up and could cause rot as roots that are sitting at the bottom are sitting in water every time you water till it’s dry.. growing in small pots is harder or need more experience to pull it off to finish, kinda like a solo cup challenge..3 gallon nursery pots

can you take a pic of a side view with pot.
run off depends on your growing medium basically.. yes there is reasons for it and products you can buy to add back into the soil. etc etc..
maybe next time finish in a 5 gallon bag.

so here is the pics temps were high at 81 and all these clawing and yellow leaves were not there last night i tuned the power back 100 on the lights when yall said it wasnt lights or heat i just turned it back down to 75 percentok cool..

not sure what you should do, maybe feed with a little hydrogen peroxide about 5% strength added to your water/food..
just a thought and wouldn’t hurt..
