My leaves are drying out

I have notice that some of my leaves had turn like drying out but not changing color, they look just to wet at first and then dry out without losing color. Unfortunately I didn’t took pics but I thought this pics may related.

The dryness is down to slight over feed, the spots look like thrips, if you look at the picture with you holding the leaf, you can see a thrip on the end leaf on the left middle of the pic.
