my phed water was ppms in it before i even put ant neuts in the water does anyone know why? thanks

well if you used pH to your water it would add ppms ro or not

true, but thats why more info is needed....

100PPM of PH adjuster is a lot....either his filters need changing(ro) or hes fine(tap)...depending on the source of the water...

well first and foremost you gotta find what the ppms are naturally occuring in water and then make the assumptions

Agreed, if after filtering you have 120 ppm water then your sweating 8 ppm..

One of my ro filters is so old, the water that comes out of it is 60 ppm..

umm.. unless your living on arrowhead mountain, well your tap is going to have something.

Research to see if your water company puts chlorine or chloramine in it.

Zing!

There is nothing wrong with 120 ppm water after PH.

If the reading of my water is that high, red flags are thrown...battery, calibration etc...

if you feel 120PPM PH'd RO water is acceptable, thats fine...as long as it works;not something thats recommended

agreed, hence the first post...

if you spent money on an ro system, why would not spend 30 bucks to get the most out of it?

sorry guys forgot i posted ha. its tap water.

Then your fine...those are just salts and minerals + the PH adjuster you added...

i wish my tap were that low, i wouldnt waste so much water....mine is 450-480

Your right, my 60 ppm starting water is what is making my yields so small...

LOL!
