What you at least need:
Weed material - As much as you like. Could be anything. Fan leafs, trim, stems, buds, shift, what ever you got. The only limitation is, you can't get something out of your weed that isn't there.
Today i used the stems from inside the buds i've collected over time + some stems with preflowres on.
Water
Milk - Not light. Best if the milk holds around 3.5% fat. I prefer homogenized because i had the fat separated in non homogenized milk when cooked.
Cooking pot
Optional:
Spices - Anis, black pepper, chili, cinnamon, cardamom, clove is typical but what ever you like. Mint leafs could be good too.
I also sometimes just buy some chai tea bags but only add them the last 5 minutes if it has black tea in it.
I add honey when serving if i like.
How i do:
Use half water, half milk.
Take the material (+speices) and 1 part water and make it boil.
When boiling, add 1 part milk and let it boil. Only so it just makes very little bobbles.
Cook for 20 -30 min for mind high. - If something sticks to the side of the pot, just over the tea level, i try mix it back in when done.
Cook for as long as you prefer for more body effect.
If you cook longer time, check the level of milk and water in the pot before boiling, and add water only, not milk, if some have evaporated.
If cooked for long time, say maybe 12 hours plus, it can get a bit heavy in the stomach.
I sieve mine. I dont recommend fabric cloth or paper to sieve, Metal sieve is best. Plastic sieve can be used but the fat will stick more to the plastic. The same if plastic cups is used for drinking the chai.
Warning!!!
The chai can get very strong, but it can also be mild. The hardest part is to dose. Especially with stems, trim and fan leafs.
Be careful serving low tolerance people if you havn't tried how strong it is beforehand.
Normally it takes about 20 - 30 minutes before the effect start rising.
