My seed sprouted but halted growth

Help guys, I started an autoflower using the paper towel method, the seed has sprouted but the root has refused to grow

Hi, and welcome. There are many people here that can assist you, please provide them a picture to show them the seedling...

Here's a picture of the seedling guys, it's has been like this for 2days, am starting to get worried that the seed is dead

I'm dealing with the same thing....... and it's been a lot of beans.........
you didn't get those beans form MSNL did you??? cause if you did I'll know whats up with mine too

pm me later bro,i think i might be able to help,i havent woke up yet,fencing has hulled me out last 2 days and really not a good time without meds hahaah give me a few hours to move lmao

I have NEVER had this problem before...... so I wasn't going to drop there name till I was SURE I wasn't the problem, but F..K it... after I moved and deiced to try some auto cause i'm 2000 miles away from bub that I can get, I was having a hard time finding a place to buy and ship to me, anyways I got Beans from them, and I'm NOT HAPPY........................

I understand I'm feeling it also this morning..... take a few hrs to get the old bones moving :)
but the dog hair in the bub is helping :)

painters tape will improve it,might take some the magic tric off on outside of buds ,but still full of it inside,like a box of cracker jacks with no DAMN TOY hahahh

unnecessary risks
if you want easy, get 1.5 inch rock wool squares with the little hole in them, by grodan I think.
and just put the seed in there.
no risk of it drying out for a month probably, and no open air for pathogens to exploit as a vector.

Had that problem earlier this year...someone told me about Rootshield. I got it off Amazon ($32 for a tiny bag) but don’t have that problem anymore and you only use a tiny bit so it lasts forever.

I'm starting to think everything I got was old stock, also I have been screwing up some so it's not all MSNL fault.......................
i'm 3 days in on the 6 THC BomB Beans with a little superthrive with them and there looking the same as day 1 when they came out of the jar with the juice in it....
26 days later I have a few beans coming up from the 2nd set of beans I started on aug 30

everything in the tents now are photo's that I got for next spring... there all very easy to grow because of the fact that it was going to be my 1st yr growing outside here.....
the auto's I put out to get me smoke till next yr, are gone so I'm doing this crazy azz sh.t to try and not go back to ca for bud :(

the 3 beans that have seen light there Critical

Uneccesary risks of what? Ive always used paper towel and never fails

They can still rot in there if they start sprouting upside down or sideways and jam themselves up, I do agree though the cubes are much better, I always germinate first then gently place them in the hole in the cube with the root pointing down when they are roughly 3/16" long.

Ive always liked paper towels. I check em prolly 6 or 8 times a day (real quick if theyre good) and if theyre not good, some h2o2 mixture kills off any pathogens and i also feel like it forces o2 inside, kinda waking it up if you will. And the op paper towel looks a lil too wet/damp for my taste but I know some germ in str8 water so what can i say lol. If someone is having good luck with doing it a certain way then go for it! But im assuming posting about it not growing isnt good luck 🤷‍♂️
