My White Widow smells like parmesan cheese?!

Hey all, this isn't problem as much as a curiosity but a few weeks ago I harvested a couple White Widow plants among other strains. the first of the two plants smells and tastes exactly like im used to, sort of a pineapple citrus tastes. the second (which looks identical, maybe a lil more white) practically reeks of fine aged parmesan cheese and has no undertone of usual widow that i can recognize, both are in cleaned and sanitized jars and have been curing for almost 2 weeks now. Both plants received the same regimen of nutrients throughout the grow

Any ideas as to why I'm getting such a variance in profile between the two plants of the same genetics, supplements and location? I know every plant can be unique but damn
