nebbie here, i've only grown one time

i still have lot to learn, i have a great setup, just trying to find out where to go for 1. finding out , what is the best 600 watt HPS ???, n 2. in making cannabutter, is any part of a plant that is flowering 1 st week, great for , making the butter ???? just don't have enough space for a couple plants n want to make the most of them

just want to know where i have to go on here , to find this info
