Need a bit of help

New to growing. Growing one plant to see if I can keep it alive. I’ve pretty much done everything incorrect but learning how to dial the growing process in. Some of my upper plant leaves have white tips. It’s usually on the newer leaves. Thought it might be light burn so I’ve moved my light up. Posting a couple of picks. Any ideas?

Yes definitely a little light burn. But not real bad. Can you double the distance from your plant to the light?

Thank you so much. This was a great video. Yes, I can raise the light up more, and I can turn the intensity down also. Just got in a light meter so going to mess with that also.
