Need a little advise on light distance...

I have a 28-in by 48-in grow room I have two thousand watt LED grow lights, as of now I have them 33 in away from my canopy is that a good distance or should I lower or raise it...

Not familiar with the light intensity but recording the LUX would be a decent guideline. You can download an app "Light Meter by My Mobile Tools Dev"
@Aqua Man put me on to it; he also shared some ranges to play with:

Seedling/rooted clones 5000-10000lux.

Un rooted clones under 5000 lux.

Veg 18/6 15000-45000 lux

Flower 12/12 40000-65000 lux

"Always start at the low end and slowly increase. 3-5k every few days to a week. You will find the plants almost grow into the increases and moving the light is far a few between."

When the newer growth starts "praying" is a pretty good sign to increase the intensity

I run the same setup two 1000w Led one blurple and one clear white. It depends on your lights but i keep mine around 15" - 20" with no problem, seedings i would bring the lights up more around 30"

You should be alright, u can experiment with them bring them down, if u see slight light burn bring them up abit until u get the sweet spot. The plants will tell u what they like
