Hey all I noticed that a couple of leaves on my Sweet Mango auto have these little white spots and then a little hole. I checked the whole plant and I see no bugs what so ever. Can my lights be to close? I use a 600 watt led. This plant is grown inside. Check out the pic's. Thanks a bunch and peace out...

I think you might be right!! Cuz 2 treatments ago I gave it nutes and it could've splashed on a couple of leaves. Like I said there are no bugs. Its only on a couple of leaves. I'll keep a close watch on her. Thanks for the input. Peace Out..

Looks like that leaf may have been pinched between the pot an the wall or a thumb at some point and the damage was so light that it took it until it grew out to show the damage.
Could be thrip damage but its usually along the edges, moths or whiteflies sometimes munch the middle along with their larvae.

I thought thrips also but he said no bugs, and I just dealt with them and that doesn't quite fit the bill for thrips, the don't tend to go all the way threw the leaf you know!

Here is another pic of the brand new leaves coming out. I noticed they had those little spots. It doesn't seem to be hurting the plant she looks very healthy. I could be wrong....

the little holes on the leaves may be from hot spots from your crinkled tin foil. could be other trauma but that's exactly what it looks like when that happens.

Leaf tips look like Zn deficiency. Holes in the leafs look like leaf hopper damage of some sort, but you said no bugs. Could be tin foil, but I would expect more burn than tiny holes......

The foil that is being used is those heat or emergency blankets. Do you think I should take them down?

If it's shinny with zero waves, then it can act as a mirror. You look like that material is more of an astro foil, which has a more flat finish and should be perfectly fine IMO. Just my two cents.

I wouldnt stress out on it as that plant looks plenty healthy from my house. Due to the fact as you noted no pest/insect present. I would just keep a eye out to be sure it doesn't progress any further. But even then you will still have to figure out what could be causing it. :( Like I said it looks like a real vigorous specimen. Nice plant
