Need advice as soon as possible!!! Plants are in critical condition

The first one my girlfriend uprooted and ripped a little after argument, should I take off all the smaller growth at bottom to force top growth or what ? And they just got watered is that why the bigger light green one is drooping ? And just kinda looks weird I just transplanted it too . Any advice helps

Uprooted and a transplant? Keep in mind that’s a shock to the plants already. I’d do nothing more and let them recover from what they’ve already been thru.
