Just got my soil. Which should I use. And the 2 plants will not be in the same pot. Can I cut the bottom leaves off and plant deeper. Thanks

No, don't go 50/50 unless you don't plan to up pot again.

I don't see the bottom leaves very well in the posted picture. When you transplant to your intermediate pot, use the Happy Frog. When you transplant to your final pot, use the Ocean Forest. Use some extra perlite if you have it on hand. Lets have a better picture of the lower leaves.

Re potted 50-50 happy frog, Fox farm, added perlite. All different sizes. I done something wrong with these ones , should I chuck them and start over. Don't seem to be growing like my last ones at this stage.

When you transplanted did you remove all the miracle gro down to bare root then plant in the 50/50 or did you just slide the media out of the cup and replant it all in the 50/50? I'm guessing the latter. That's why you still have slow growth. The main root ball is still in the Miracle Gro.

I also tried to amend some hardware store media into usable media for cannabis as I was having trouble accessing my usual media, Roots Organic Original. I bought a few bags of Kellogs Patio Plus Organic at my local HD. It is a wood chip based product. I amended in 30% perlite. I ran some auto seeds in it and I got the same results you are getting. Slow growth. What I took from this is that if I was going to try and use hardware store media I would have to heavily amend the original product with double the amount of perlite and some clean coco coir to open up the O² access to the roots my usual media does.
The product I was using uses wood chips rather than peat moss for its biomass. What I noticed is the wood chips seem to break down into a sort of silt that ends up at the bottom of the pot. The wood chips in the mix already hold a lot of water but the silt that collected at the bottom was holding water too long and drowning out the roots in the perched water table where the majority of the roots end up so with the poor O² exchange happening slow growth was inevitable. Final verdict is this particular product should only be used like a compost rather than a potting mix for you to mix into whatever base media you are using. The wood chips can provide larger media particles like perlite and hold onto that water like vermiculite but using it as the base media doesn't work unless you are willing to put in a lot of amendments to get it where you want it.

Right after I had made my conclusions I found a hydro store fairly close to me that was selling ROO at a great price so I have suspended any more experimenting but if I ever run into this issue again I have enough knowledge from my experiment to know how to get a usable media from hardware store media.

Looking to up pot, start nutes. Had mishap with one plant, board fell over and bent it tried to get that in pic, still looking good. Brown spots on one plant, in pic. Suggestions please.

This may apply. I have seen this a few times in solid pots without ventilation.Unless you went nuts with nutes it was a basic organic run. From comments I do not think you put anything in yet.

I was thinking not watering enough. My pots are very light to pick up. I'm confused. I'll look at my drainage holes, maybe add a few more.

don’t up pot yet,. go through a few more wet/dry cycles,.. and when you transplant do it when the plants need a watering (dry soil),.. than water/feed after
