Need answers ASAP!

Hi there fellow farmers, it's been 7 week since the germination of my beautiful Jack47 auto. I'd like to ask is flushing necessary?
I've only used Biobizz Grow and Biobizz Bloom through the time, growing in LightMix by Biobizz also - if i flush when should i start it and how long should i do it?

That plant still has at least a month to go IMHO. Flushing is debatable, personally I dont "flush" exactly but I do feed water only for the last 2 weeks or so. But I dont start water feeds until the plant looks ripe enough to start. Usually around week 7 of flower.
