need explanation (living soil, compost tea ecc)

so i have only used bottled nutes but as far as i see living soil is great and works great

i just need some explanation about the whole topic:
i understood u have to make a good soil at first letting it "cook", there is a good sticky trhead about this but those compost tea is the "watering solution" or the "feeding" of humic sostance? u have to use only tea when watering or 1 time water and 1 time tea? the tea has to be ph' ed?


i feel like living organic soil is the easier way to grow need more time to set up btw
