Ok went to mist them and noticed more upon inspection. Any ideas?

looks like its got some bugs,prob mites by the spots i see.

looks to be some type of bug u need to go over the plant like a crake head looking for a rock in a rug looking for mites

Opened the closet door saw the one littlw bug on the wall looked kinda like a small fly or gnat.

Seems like you watered to much and often then not enough. Little combo of both. Don't ever give a 5 gallon more than 2 gallons of water at a time. Once she gets drinking water with runoff every couple days. Letting things dry out in Veg is ok, roots will shoot looking for water, in flower no so much want to keep the medium nice and wet but not water logged.

If it's not mites, do a nice spray of Monterey or something like that. Could be thrips or leafhoppers hard to tell.
