Need help Confirming a hermi…..

So a friend brought me 2 really healthy good plants. I did some LST and light defoliation……one week later she looks like she’s going full Hermi. I’ve only had this happen once, so I do wanna make absolutely sure before I destroy the plant.
So give me the hard truth……and thanks for the help.
By the way, they were vegging inside before they were given to me. I had them outside……

That looks like a male to me, not a herm. Big bunches of pollen sacs, no pistils.
