Need help dialing in shot frequency schedule for drip to waste program

Hi, new to this. Running a floraflex matrix system. Am i reading right in concluding that you are running to different watering sources? How are you watering with higher wc and lower ec’s later in the day? Im so lost and in flower of a current grow. I only run one resevoir. Ph out at 6.0 and 1.2 ec. Water once a day until run off. I know its not right and i want to learn the right way
