Need help - funny looking seedlings

A friend said to watch those white spots, just in case. But i can barely see any.

He said that about seedling No1. First photo. So i took close ups of the other 2. Seedling 2 in the next pic looks odd, but i dont know what it is.

Bit of info ..

Auto Biscottis, 6 days old in Sohum living soil. They're not actually sat in Sohum, but in coco thats a mound of about 1 litre, till they're strong enough to stick roots in the Sohum.

A sprinkle of water at Ph between 6.2 - 6.8, as per Sohum info.

It’s just a little leaf variegation, I had the same thing on last 2 grows. They will grow right out of it! Before and after….
