Need help greatly appreciated thanks

I think I’m dealing with a nitrogen deficiency but am starting to wonder if that’s not it. Was told by another grower I was over feeding so I stopped feeding and this happened. Nothing changed other then I cut out the bytes I will put before and after photos. The first two are before the last ones are after
