It’s either:
Pear thrip (Taeniothrips inconsequens)
Or
Western flower thrip (Frankliniella occidentalis)
Are you in the Pacific Northwest? Those are common in orchards.
HeyLooks like a pear thrips. Spinosad is the answer, I use monterrey garden insect spray whenever they turn up here.
