need help naming this deficiency

i'm growing some autoflowers outdoors and saw one of them had this weird spot which i couldn't identify. would love some help!
ps their about 4 weeks old grown in some soil rt now.

If I were going to name a deficiency, I'd call it Tom. But I'm not convinced this is Tom, because I'm not convinced it's a deficiency.

Do you have pics of the whole plant? Deficiency symptoms don't pop on one leaf only.

OK so 3 finger leaf = early growth.

Outdoors = bugs.

Other leaves we can see look OK.

I'm gonna guess caterpillar. Probably known to other caterpillars as Tom.
